Work had some new "rules and regulations" sia
Anw it kinda sux la.
1) late pay fine of 50 cent-$30
2) 4get do thing also tio fine. First time $2 then $5
Seriously tis rules sux ^^
Not onli coz e blur me ll tio fine more often, (thou haven tio fine 4 e time being)
but hor fine money walao eh zzz
Even Business has its own laws which inculde smth like excessively harsh penalty are not enforceable.
Technically, for eg. forget off e power switch but off e cooker de switch, kenneth tio fine $2. He busy naggin ystd durin work.
But hor if u calc properly, $2 is ard half hr of work pay. AND TT ALMOST 50% of our hrly-paid work. Isn't tt excessively harsh?
Furthermore, even thou in e rules they say first tiem giv warnin however tis "warnings" were nvr given out face 2 face. The crew there jz say i giv u alot warnin le... warnin not face 2 face say is call warnin? like as if u r suppose 2 hear n eavesdrop wad other ppl sayin ~.~
Well if the rules were meant to "punish" < tt is a gd way of sayin
then shldnt both the warnin part and e fine part b implemented as a whole?
Dun jz coz money money then 4get warnin worrrr
Added to that, e money they collected gt ulterior motive de f3

And hor! tis kind of "rules" promote wrong kind of workin environment.
Imagine ppl saboin each other jz 4 e $$ or ppl spyin each other...so many unhealthy workin environment leh.
